Cabbage coleslaw

Ingredients:

One small head cabbage, cored, finely chopped

One apple cut into matchstick-size pieces

Five green onions, sliced thinly

½ cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup white sugar

3 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp dijon mustard

¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Toss cabbage, apples, and green onions in a bowl

Mix rest of the ingredients to make a sauce, heat on stove until it simmers

Let it cool 15 min in fridge and then mix together
